Author Paul Cobaugh retired from the US Army as a Warrant Officer after a distinguished career in the US Special Operations CT community. During his career he focused on mitigating adversarial influence and advancing US objectives by way of influence. He examined the centrality of influence in modern conflict, studying extremist organizations and state actors’ use of influence against the US and her Allies.
At the conclusion of his military career as an influence expert, he became Vice President at Narrative Strategies, a company formed by a group academics and military experts focused on the non-kinetic aspects of conflict.
